PATCH TESTING

If a treatment requires a Patch test this is your responsibility to book or pop into the Salon and must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment so please check this when booking your treatment, no patch test….no treatment!

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

If you become unwell or need to reschedule your appointment, we ask if you can let us know asap ideally 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay 50% at your next appointment. Any no shows with no contact to the salon will also result in you having to pay 50% of your appointment, this must be paid before any other bookings are made.

We understand that things happen and are sometimes out of your control, but we cannot fill this appointment.
